StarSkate (Star 2)
Check out the early ice options September 14 - October 8
Skills, Tests, Achievement, Recognition – this is what STARSkate is all about!
Intermediate Star (Star 1, 2) skaters will take part in group, semi-private and private lessons. Lessons will be billed directly to families to be paid directly to coaches.
Senior Star (Star 2+) skaters will take part in group, semi-private and private lessons with more ice time (compared to Intermediate Star). Lessons will be billed directly to families, and bills paid to coaches directly.
STARSkate offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of ice dance, skating skills, free skate and interpretive skating.
Unique in Canada, this program teaches figure skating skills in a group and/or private lesson format in a progressive and sequential manner and includes specifically designed awards and incentives. Skaters have the opportunity to take Skate Canada Tests through a nationally standardized testing system.
STARSkate has been the mainstay of figure skating in Canada for more than four decades.
Who's It For?

Off-ice Conditioning
As a participant in StarSkate, Skaters are provided with the opportunity to take part in off-ice conditioning. This conditioning is organized by our Coaching Staff and events vary from year to year.
In previous years, Skaters have had the opportunity to attend team-building activities including POUND.
This is an exciting part our of senior skate program! For more information, please speak with a member of our Coaching Staff.
