Volunteer Requirements 2023-2024

Each CanSkate/StarSkate Family is required to complete 1 volunteer position. (no matter how many skaters are in your family- just 1 position needs to be filled)

Each position is posted on the website. On a first come-first serve basis. 

These positions do fill up quick. But, we will make sure there is a position for every family.

We are dedicated to Skate Canada's Mission of "providing Canadians the opportunity to participate in skating throughout their lifetime for fun, fitness, and achievement." However, this cannot be accomplished alone. Please consider giving generously to one of our fundraisers, becoming a sponsor by buying advertising space on our website or an upcoming program, or simply volunteer at one of our events. There are many ways to "give" to help make a difference in the lives of these young skaters!

If this requirement is not fulfilled, there will be a $100 lean on your family account.
